These plugs are crafted with Genuine Organic White Quartz stone. They are polished to a smooth finish and double flared for a secure and snug fit. Because our plugs are created out of organic material, each pair is different and unique. Every plug listing on our site is for a paired set, so the price you see listed is for two plugs. All of our plugs are brand new and have never been worn to guarantee the safety of our customers and quality of our products.

Width/Depth: 12mm

All plugs are measured at the center of the saddle (“wearable area”). Please note there is a 1.5mm-2mm flare on the edges to guarantee a snug fit. Stone plugs tend to have a wider flare than other materials, so please take your ears elasticity into consideration when making your purchase.

Shipping: All products are shipped from sunny California in the USA. All items are shipped within 2 business days, but are typically shipped same day. All orders are sent First Class USPS. International orders can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on your country’s customs policies. Please note, international tracking will not update after it leaves the United States until it clears your country’s customs.

 All order returned to us labeled “non-deliverable as addressed” will be refunded the cost of the items. If you still want to receive the items you ordered, you can reorder them, keeping in mind your mailing

address is correct according to USPS. 

Returns: No exchanges, returns are only accepted if items are defective, of if we’ve mistakenly sent you the incorrect stone type or size.  All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. We CANNOT accept returns if you order the wrong style or size.
